Session Description:
This session will focus on a project where the J Paul Getty Trust Information Technology Services department conducted a mid-term evaluation on an outsourcing vendor's performance under an existing contract. Participatants in this session will learn how J Paul Getty Trust reviewed the gaps between the SLA targets and the actual performance levels, assessed the state of vendor relationship and worked with the vendor to explore the cost/benefit of continuing the business relationship, as well as how they planned outsourcing options for the future.
