Kurt Milne is the Managing Director of the IT Process Institute. He has over 15 years experience in various marketing management, alliance management, and engineering positions at leading technology companies. His main areas of expertise include IT service management and IT controls, inventory and supply chain management, and computer integrated manufacturing. He is responsible for overall ITPI operations including sponsorship and membership.
Session Description:
The IT Process Institute interviewed top performing IT groups to find out find out what change, configuration, and release practices they had in common. We then conducted a web-survey to collect data from 100s of organization to find out if the practices of these top performers correlate with performance across a broad range of IT organizations. This presentation will cover the findings of this study and provide hard data for those IT managers who want to prioritize and justify performance improvement initiatives that have been shown to drive results.
