In this session you will get an overview of the PPM processes put in place at Captain D’s organization that resulted in success and also discuss challenges and failures. Discover how to train unruly executive teams to make decisions earlier in the project discovery process and other unexpected benefits of PPM. This session will provide you with a full-disclosure, no-sugar-added, case study of PPM in the real world of the restaurant industry.
