Arvind B Kaushik is a manager in KPMG's Orange County Advisory Services practice with 10 years of experience in IT and Management consulting. His experience includes consulting for large organizations in USA and India. His experience with sourcing projects includes a current and future state assessment of an organization’s sourcing practices and performing an assessment of the general sourcing landscape. He is actively involved in the development of KPMG’s Sourcing Methodology and provides firm-wide training to other senior Sourcing professionals. He has performed business process analysis for process standardization projects, system replacement initiatives and audits of IT and business processes. He also has several years of experience using emerging technologies with experience in evaluating IT systems and processes, improving their architecture and performance and architecting new IT solutions that solve business problems
Laxman Subramanian
Manager, Sourcing Advisory Services
KPMG LLP

Laxman Subramanian is a Manager in KPMG's Portland IT Advisory practice. He has managed large advisory projects across industries in the areas of IT Sourcing, strategic planning, business continuity planning and software design, development and implementation. Recently, he assisted a leading insurance company in Japan with IT sourcing, vendor selection, process improvement and project management. Mr. Subramanian has extensive experience in all areas of information technology, with an emphasis on IS governance, and IT strategy and architecture for large enterprises. He has also assisted clients with large-scale technology implementations and systems development initiatives. Mr. Subramanian received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Madras. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional and an Information System Security Architecture Professional.
