Recently, he assisted a leading insurance company in Japan with IT sourcing, vendor selection, process improvement and project management. Mr. Subramanian has extensive experience in all areas of information technology, with an emphasis on IS governance, and IT strategy and architecture for large enterprises. He has also assisted clients with large-scale technology implementations and systems development initiatives.
