To expedite your registration, please have your Visa, MasterCard or American Express card available when you call. Or mail your payment by check or credit card. Billing is available. Invoices are payable upon receipt and prepayment (or a federal government purchase order) is required by prior to attendance. Please make checks payable to ThinkService.
 
Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing. You may cancel without penalty until October 5, 2007, after which a $150 cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellations after October 19, 2007 or no shows will be charged the full conference rate.
