My company is in the process of attempting to deploy the tollgate process for our project methodology as well as ITIL standards. I am looking for a way to tie these two processes together. Does anyone have any feedback or a document that I can refer to?

I haven't seen anything except for an excellent article that Malcom Fry wrote a while back. IT can be found at http://www.nextslm.org/itil/itil_sigma.htm. This is just one person's opinion, but I think that it is advisbale to treat them separately.
ITIL defines a framework for IT Service Mgmt. It consists of a set of guidelines, based on industry best pratices, that specify what an IT organization should do. ITIL does not, however, define how to do it.
Six Sigma, on the other hand, defines a specific process, based on statistical measurement, that drives quality improvement and reduces operational costs. It helps in developing detailed work instructions, and it defines a methodology for continually mapping, measuring, and improving the quality process. Six Sigma tells you how, but doesn't tell you what. This approach does not specify any best practices specifically for IT Service Mgmt.
